Since the start of 2024 we've been collaborating with City University on their initiatives around student entrepreneurship in London. A key motivation for this collaboration is their committment to social mobility, and their desire to leverage entrepreneurship as a tool to improve lives. It's something we absolutely love about City University and in particular the way it isn't just talk, but something that they take to the heart of the collaboration and strive to find meaningful actions for every month.
We've just agreed how the next 12 months are going to look, and I'm very energised to let you know about a few of those things.
Firstly, all members of the incubators at City University will be invited to augment their journey with membership to the Canopy Emerging Founder tier. This will give them the same monthly knowledge share and live coaching call as other members, along with access to the community portal so that they can get, and give, peer support. The members that join us through city will also have the same access to the In Residence team, for adhoc specialist mentoring and coaching.
