Meetstream.ai Wins the People’s Choice at London Demo Night 🎉

This week’s Canopy Demo Night in London had all the energy, curiosity, and challenge we love to see in our founder community. Four brilliant founders took the stage, each sharing bold visions and live demos. But when the audience votes were counted, one stood out:

Who is Meetstream.ai?

Meetstream.ai is building a unified API and infrastructure platform for developers to create meeting bots. What does that mean in practice?

It means cutting nine months of painful engineering into a single day. Developers no longer need to spend endless hours wiring Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet together, just to capture transcripts and workflows. With Meetstream’s API, they can plug in and immediately start building.

Sid’s live demo brought this vision to life. The audience watched in real time how seamlessly his bot connected, processed, and even generated content on the fly. The “wow” moment? Creating a flyer for the next Canopy event directly from a meeting interaction. Simple, powerful, and memorable.

Why the People’s Choice Matters

Demo Night isn’t a pitch competition—it’s a demo-first stage where founders show, not tell. That’s what makes the People’s Choice Award so powerful. Sid’s journey to the stage was also special. Just a month ago, he connected with us through Luma, asked if he could demo, and stepped up with courage. Four weeks later, he’s a People’s Choice winner. That leap of action and energy is exactly what Canopy celebrates.

When asked about his advice for future Demo Night founders, Sid reflected:

• Keep it simple. Make sure anyone in the room can connect with your story.

• Stay relaxed. Present as if you’re talking to a friend—it keeps the energy human.

• Always demo. Show, don’t tell. Bring your product alive on screen.

And perhaps most inspiring—Sid immediately iterated his demo the very next day after learning from the audience’s feedback. That mindset of constant improvement is why Meetstream is moving fast.

What’s Next

Sid and Meetstream are currently fundraising a $1M round while building from their London base after completing the Antler program. As People’s Choice Award winners, they’ll also be shared with our growing network of 160+ investors inside Canopy, gaining visibility for their raise.
